MobilityGo MobiltyGo gives busy operators of Vitos and Sprinters a vital "Extra".

Operated only by Mercedes-Benz dealers, MobiltyGo ensures that you are never left stranded in the event of a warranty problem or breakdown.

To be eligible, all we ask is that your Vito or Sprinter was supplied by an authorised UK Mercedes Benz dealer, is less than two years old from first registration, and has fully documented dealer service history.

MobiltyGo covers you in two main areas:
Starting problems, or mechanical breakdown out on the road

The assistance we provide

If either of the above situations occur, MobilityGo entitles you to speedy roadside assistance, and if the problem cannot be quickly resolved, recovery to the nearest Mercedes Benz dealer.

From here, and depending upon your requirements, the dealer may offer you:-
  • Use of a taxi, or public transport up to the value of £55.00 inc VAT
  • Vehicle collection and delivery within a 25 mile radius
  • Provision of alternative transport within 25 miles of the dealership
  • A replacement vehicle for up to 5 days (if available)

Further assistance, too

Sometimes, a warranty repair at a dealership can take longer than expected.

Should that run to over 2 hours, MobiltyGo again steps in with the dealer being able to offer the most appropriate solution from the options outlined above.
